Edmonton's best spots to see fall beauty

Fall splendor got off to an early start this year, with splotches of yellow dappling the River Valley as early as Labour Day weekend. A quick start likely means an early exit, so it’s best to take advantage of the colours while they last.
So, instead of watching the leaves fall from the branches outside your office window, get outside and see the beauty for yourself. Here are the 5 best viewing points in the city, in our opinion
Victoria Park hill
Near Le Marchand Mansion (11523 100th Ave.), and down the hill you can see the river valley for miles. Look down and all you can see are reds, oranges, and yellows with a view of the river meandering down the middle.
